DASCO Building Group is the personal builder. Founded in 2000 by Damien D’Ascenzo, DASCO has evolved into a family run business.
Damien, one of Western Australia’s youngest to obtain his Builders Registration at the age of 24; along with his father, DASCO’s Senior Supervisor Italo D’Ascenzo who offers more than 40 years building construction experience; and his brother, DASCO’s Business Development Manager Marko D’Ascenzo, together ensure clients are provided the highest standard of customer service and the continuity of a one-on-one builder-client relationship every step of the building process.
Learning his craft with some of Western Australia’s leading project builders and one-off design home specialists, Damien’s industry experience, spanning approximately 15 years, has led him to develop strong ties with cutting-edge tradespeople, suppliers and sub-contractors. Superior management of these connections allows DASCO to deliver high quality workmanship quickly using cost effective building solutions.
Having completed a number of large 30 plus multiple unit turn-key developments to high-end specification, architecturally designed single and multiple storey luxury residences, DASCO can assist with any building services from design, estimating, building approvals to construction, fit-out and landscaping.
